BEDFORD, NH
50 year old Matthew D’Urso the former treasurer of the Bedford Youth Lacrosse Association has pled guilty to theft and has agreed to pay restitution of more than $70,000 that he stole from the organization.
During his time as treasurer from 2013 and 2024, D’Urso made 46 unauthorized cash withdrawals from the association
In addition to the restitution D’Urso received a suspended sentence of three years, and will avoid prison time if he stays out of trouble.
