YDC worker convicted of sexual assault is seeking a new trial

CONCORD, NH – Atty’s for Bradley Asbury, a former Youth Development Center employee found guilty of being an accomplice to aggravated felonious sexual assault, were in court yesterday seeking a new trial for their client.

Asbury, is currently serving 20 to 40 years in prison after having been convicted of accomplice to aggravated felonious sexual assault.

Asbury’s Atty’s argued in court yesterday that new evidence may discredit the victim in the case, Michael Gilpatrick, who they claim falsely accused another YDC staffer of similar crimes.
