Pelham Resident Arrested on Nationwide Warrant for Lewd or Lascivious Acts with a Minor

PELHAM, NH

58 year old Matthew McMahon of Pelham was taken into custody by Pelham Police after they learned there was a nationwide extraditable warrant on him out of New Jersey for Lewd or Lascivious Acts with a Minor.

McMahon was apprehended during a targeted motor vehicle stop without incident Tuesday morning.

McMahon remains in Hillsborough County Jail pending extradition to New Jersey.
