Rochester man charged with sexually assaulting a minor appears before judge

CONCORD, N.H.- The Rochester man charged with allegedly sexually assaulting a minor earlier this month appeared before a judge in Concord District Court Monday.

According to court documents back on the night of June 5, Jaythien Guillermo, 24, was found in car parked at the Sewall Falls Recreation Area in Concord, with someone inside between the ages of 13 & 15.

Once word of charges being filed Guillermo turned himself into police Friday and is now facing a number of charges including felonious sexual assault and certain uses of a computer prohibited, in connection with the alleged incident.

As this investigation continues, police are asking anyone with information related to this to investigation.
