MANCHESTER, N.H.- The two men charged for their alleged roles in the fire at the historic Kimball Castle are scheduled to appear before a judge Friday in Belknap Superior Court.

According to court documents Peyton Eastman, 19, and Joshua Pittman, 18, were indicted by a grand jury last month for their roles in the 2025 fire which destroyed the castle.

The were originally scheduled to be arraigned in Laconia District Court Thursday morning, however only Eastman appeared… and during his arraignment the deputy county attorney stepped in to say the case was being upgraded to Belknap Superior Court.
