One person dead after Claremont mobile home fire

CLAREMONT, N.H.- The State Fire Marshall is reporting that death of one person following a fire at a mobile home Thursday morning.

Crews responded to a fire on Stewart Ave around 4:30 a.m.  and upon arriving at the scene, they found the home fully engulfed and learned the sole occupant was missing.

After several hours the fire was brought under control, and officials found the body of an adult female deceased.

The name of the deceased has not been released – the cause of the fire is under investigation.
