MERRIMACK, N.H.- A contractor from Nashua could face up to 15 years in prison after authorities say he received more than $26,000 from a victim but has yet to reportedly deliver on the terms of the agreement.

According to court documents, Mark Pederzini, 66, is facing theft by deception charges following his arrest earlier this summer after failed to meet the terms of a contract when he failed to complete work he was hired for and provide the related materials.

WMUR-TV also reporting that Pederzini also took $37,000 from the parents of an unidentified viewer who hired him for a kitchen remodel he allegedly never completed.

Pederzini is currently out on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for a probable cause hearing on Sept. 10.
