MANCHESTER N.H.- A new survey by WalletHub has named Manchester, New Hampshire the third best-run city in the United States

WalletHub’s annual “Best-Run Cities in America” report evaluates over 140 cities across the country.

The rankings measure how effectively local governments use their budgets to provide services for residents, focusing on key areas such as financial stability, education, health, safety, the local economy, and infrastructure.

This is the second consecutive year Manchester has been recognized as one of America’s Best Run Cities.
