MANCHESTER, N.H.- A Hooksett firefighter recently resigned after being indicted on multiple charges including aggravated felonious sexual assault.
According to court documents, Mitchell Dean,33, of Manchester has been accused of sexually assaulting his victim in May 2022 and 10 counts of posting private images of the person online without her consent between July 2022 and February 2024, while he was living in Webster.
Town officials note that Dean had been on adminstrative leave since October of 2024, when they learned he was under criminal investigation, but say they didn’t learn of the indctment until after reaching a negotiated resignation agreement with Dean.
