MANCHESTER, N.H- Cher is requesting a conservatorship in order to manage her son, Elijah Allman’s estate following his recent arrests here in the Granite State.

This past Thursday Cher’s Attorney asked a judge in Los Angeles County that Jason Rubin take over Allman’s finances, as the court filing state’s Allman’s life has “significantly deteriorated” and that he “is unable to manage his financial resources.”

The documents also claims Allman spends his money on “drugs, expensive hotels, and limousines.”

The request comes as Allam is currently being held in a New Hampshire hospital after being arrested for breaking into a woman’s home in Windham and prior to that being arrested for trespassing and assault at Saint Paul’s School in Concord.
