Two alleged dealers arrested in fatal overdose investigation in Pelham


PELHAM, N.H.- Pelham Police have arrested two men in connection with a fatal overdose investigation that began in 2025.

According to authorities the investigation began when police responded to a fatal overdose.

The department’s Criminal Bureau took over the investigation and contacted the alleged drug dealers, setting up a drug purchase at a later date.

Police ended up arresting Luilly Fernandez, 32, and Luis Vasquez Ramirez,26, both of Lawrence, Massachusetts.
