Rochester woman pleads guilty to drug trafficking

ROCHESTER, N.H. – Tabitha O’Brien,46, of Rochester has plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances

According to court documents her arrest comes following an investigation that began in early 2024 into a drug trafficking organization between Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

During the investigation officers learned that O’Brien bought drugs namely, fentanyl, then sold around Rochester. O’Brien was arrested and has been detained since October 2024.

O’Brien is facing up to 20 years in prison and a fine of nearly a million dollars.
