Rochester woman facing charges following police pursuit along Route 101

MANCHESTER, N.H.- A Rochester woman is scheduled to appear before a judge Friday in Hampton District court after authorities say she led New Hampshire State Police on a chase along Route 101 West which ended up Auburn.

According to State Police Kathleen Feeny, 45, refused to stop for authorities out of a traffic stop Thursday morning and that’s on top of being involved in what’s being described as a minor crash.

This resultied in State Police deploying tire deflation devices, and Feeny’s vehicle coming to a stop along Hooksett Road.

After being taken into custody Feeny was charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, disobeying a police officer, conduct after an accident, criminal mischief and reckless operation and ordered held in preventive detention.
