MANCHESTER, N.H.- A Lowell man is headed to prison for 3½ to 7 years after pleading guilty to negligent homicide in connection with a 2023 fatal crash in Pelham that resulted in the death of a Manchester man.
According to court documents Cisco Rivera,21, was sentenced for the crash which occurred in the area of Bridge Street just south of Hobbs Road in which Police say Rivera crashed head on into a vehicle driven by Robert LaFlamme,69, an employee of Pride Star Trinity EMS.
Pelham Police were able to determine that Rivera had been operating his vehicle negligently leading up to the crash.
