LONDONDERRY NH –

Londonderry Firefighters responded to a 911 call yesterday afternoon reporting an unknown odor in the building at 1 Charleston Ave. In Londonderry.

Upon arrival crews entered the building and reported a smoke condition on the 1st floor and activated the fire alarm to evacuate the remainder of the building.

Crews were able to locate a fire burning in a wall between two apartments and were able to quickly open up and extinguish.

No injuries were reported.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.
