FRANKLIN, N.H.- City Councilor Thomas Boyce,58, is facing multiple criminal charges following a two-month investigation into an altercation at a local restaurant.
According to the New Hampshire State Police, the incident occurred on May 7, 2026, at JJ’s Wood-Fired Pizza Restaurant & Tavern on Hill Road in Franklin.
Local police and New Hampshire State Troopers responded to reports of an altercation between a customer and restaurant employees.
The customer was identified as Boyce, who was then charged with two counts of simple assault and two counts of disorderly conduct.
Boyce is due in Court October 5,2026.
