Former town councilor is Bedford’s new town clerk

BEDFORD NH – 

The Town of Bedford has sworn in their new Town Clerk – Former Town Councilor Bill Carter who replaces Sally Kellar, who left the position and now serves as city clerk in Portsmouth.

Carter is expected to finish the first year of Keller’s three-year term, filling the position until local elections are held next March.

According to Carter he “fully intends” to seek election to the remaining two years in March.
