Convicted sex offender in Laconia denied bail

LACONIA, N.H.- Authorities say David Mandigo, 54, was denied bail Tuesday after being charged with stalking and violating a child’s privacy.

According to police Mandigo, who’s listed on the Sex Offender Registry was taken into custody for allegedly following two young girls, ages 12 and 13 around inside a Walmart and trying to take pictures up the girl’s skirts.

Prosecutors noted that his 30-year criminal history suggests he is a danger to the public.
