MANCHESTER, N.H.- A group of parents who sued the Bow School District after they were barred from silently protesting transgender athletes on girls’ sports teams, have asked the court to grant them permission to once again publicly express themselves on school grounds.

Earlier this month lawyers for the Institute for Free Speech who filed the suit on behalf of parents Kyle Fellers, Anthony and Nicole Foote and Eldon Rash asked for a preliminary injection against the district’s previous policy, which comes after a federal court in Boston this summer agreed that the school’s actions banning them from the property was based on unconstitutional viewpoint discrimination.

In their motion lawyers asked that the court expedite its consideration “as soon as possible” with the hope of issuing a ruling by December 9, “if not sooner.”
