Authorities identify man stabbed outside Manchester gas station

MANCHESTER, N.H.- Authorities have identified man who was found stabbed outside a gas station on South Williow Street

Police say the victim identified as Christopher Marcoux, 25, died Monday from a stab wound to the abdomen and as a result his death has been ruled a homicide.

According to investigators Monday afternoon around 5:40p.m. officers responded to a call for an unconscious person at the Altown gas station and discovered an induvial had in fact been stabbed, who was then transported to Elliot Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and died.

Witnesses tell WMUR-TV that several people in cars pulled up to the victim as they were walking across the parking lot, attacked him and then left the scene.
