Two people are facing charges after a shooting that injured a man Monday night in Manchester. Police responded to shots fired on Belmont and Grove Street and found 23-year-old Remey Ouellette and 22-year-old Dominik Patrick walking away from the area. Police said Ouellette was arrested and charged with first-degree assault with a deadly weapon. Patrick allegedly fled on foot but was later taken into custody and charged with resisting arrest. The victim drove away before crashing on Massabesic Street and was taken to the hospital. According to the victim, the shooting followed a road rage incident with the two suspects.
