Multiple crews battle 3 separate forest fires in Crawford Notch

LAKE WINNIPESAUKEE, N.H.- Multiple crews responded Sunday afternoon to what was initially to believed one fire but turned out to be 3 separate forest fires in Crawford Notch

Responding crews battled extremely difficult and dangerous terrain to contain the fires, in Hart’s location, at the Arethusa Falls Rd and along the railroad tracks.

Authorities say firefighters were able to contain the fires shortly after 6:30p.m. Sunday night
