The Public Works Director is declaring a Snow Emergency that will be in effect from 10:00 PM Monday, January 26 until 6:00 AM Tuesday, January 27, 2026. No parking on city streets.Â
Upon declaration of a Snow Emergency, any vehicle parked on the streets may be towed and impounded. Vehicles parked in Manchester’s Downtown District are not subject to towing until after 1:00 AM.
Free Snow Emergency parking is available at various parking garages throughout the city.
