Officials say the westbound side of the Amoskeag Bridge in Manchester will be closed Halloween night into Saturday morning to allow for work on the eastbound side. Starting at 11pm crews will begin working on the placement of the mid-span bridge deck sections. Detours and electronic message boards will be in place, sending traffic to Bridge Street, Elm Street, and Eddy Road.
