NASHUA, NH – 22 year old Lily Decker of Nashua is facing felony charges following a road-rage confrontation last week that allegedly involved a firearm.
According to authorities, On March 6th officers responded to the intersection of Holmes Street and Foundry Street after a victim reported a harrowing encounter.
The victim stated she had inadvertently turned the wrong way onto Foundry Street. Upon realizing her mistake, she pulled to the side of the road to allow an oncoming vehicle to pass. At that point, a female occupant in the second vehicle began shouting at her. As the vehicle drove away, the suspect allegedly pointed a firearm at the victim.
Decker was arrested this week and charged with Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon, a Class B Felony.
