MANCHESTER, N.H.- A man state health officials say has tuberculosis has been taken into custody on an unrelated criminal warrant and is now being held in quarantine.

On Tuesday a judge ordered that Nearro Forbes,41, be held in preventive detention at Eliot Hospital saying that he poses a danger to the community.
