The state Attorney General’s Office says a man was justified when he shot and killed another man in Littleton last year. Authorities said the 44-year-old man shot 38-year-old Eric Rexford in September. An investigation showed that Rexford chased the man’s car through town after an argument and repeatedly rammed it until it could no longer move. The man shot Rexford when he advanced on him. No charges have been filed.
