The state of New Hampshire may receive part of a $280 million settlement between the Department of Justice and Live Nation. In 2024, 40 states sued Live Nation, the parent company of Ticketmaster, accusing it of creating a ticket monopoly. Under the settlement, Live Nation must allow competitors SeatGeek and StubHub to list tickets directly on its websites, including price comparisons. Attorneys general in more than two dozen states, including New Hampshire, still plan to pursue legal action against the company.
