A Boscawen Elementary School fifth grader was sworn in Tuesday as New Hampshire’s new “Kid Governor” at the State House in Concord. Liv Crete-Sayer won last fall’s election, earning the votes of thousands of her peers with a platform focused on anti-smoking and anti-vaping initiatives. As Kid Governor, Crete-Sayer will work over the next year with civics teachers across the state to implement her campaign plan.
