Gorham Man faces several felony charges in connection with shootings targeting cars, businesses in Berlin

BERLIN, NH – Authorities say a Gorham man is facing close to a dozen charges in connection with a number of shootings in the Berlin area.

According to Police Richard Devoid, 67, has been charged with 10 counts of reckless conduct with a firearm after Police were able to connect him with a number of shootings thanks to the help of video surveillance.

Authorities allege Devoid was responsible for the damage to a local insurance late last year and at a Verizon store where the suspect had allegedly complained about the service.

Police are report that Devoid could face additional charges.
