BEDFORD, N.H.- 2-alarm fire at the 1750 Taphouse restaurant Tuesday afternoon resulted in a portion of Route 101 being closed.

Fire officials say around 1:30pm crews received a call for a fire and say once on scene found heavy smoke and flames coming from the building which reportedly began in a shed on the property and spread toward the roof of the building.

While crews were able to knock down the fire relatively quickly officials note that there were no sprinklers inside the restaurant.

No injuries were reported, even though some workers were still in the restaurant during the time of the fire but were able evacuate without issue.

A Go Fund Me campaign has been set up on the restaurant’s social media account to benefit the employees impacted.
