Starting Monday, all Department of Motor Vehicle offices across the state will move to an appointment-based system for those getting a driver’s license or registering their vehicle. Officials say the change is designed to reduce wait times and provide a more efficient, personalized experience for all customers. You will still be able to call the department to schedule a time as well. Officials say the state’s busiest offices in Concord, Manchester, Nashua and Epping will offer appointments until 5 p.m. twice a week.
