Bedford woman found not guilty of hosting a drinking party last year prior teen’s death


BEDFORD, NH – Following a two hour trial – 55 year old Heather Keegan of Bedford has been found not guilty of hosting an underage drinking party prior to the death of 17-year-old Tyson Bolduc last June.

On June 8th Bedford High School Student Tyson Bolduc was thrown from a car on Wallace Rd and pronounced dead from his injuries. Following an initial investigation Bedford Police arrested Keegan on a misdemeanor charge of facilitating an underage alcohol party at her 54 Greenfield Parkway home about a mile from the scene of the accident which Police believe was related to the party.
