MANCHESTER, N.H.- Following the recent victory of Democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani in his bid for Mayor of New York, New Hampshire’s Governor Kelly Ayotte is seeking the attention of businesses with the hopes of convincing them to relocate to the Granite State.

As Ayotte’s reelection campaign has rented digital space on a billboard truck seen making its way across midtown Manhattan the morning after the election with slogans such as “NYC Business Owners: Mamdani Got You Down? Come on up to New Hampshire for no Communism, less red tape and less taxes!”

Ayotte issued a statement on the matter which was also published by a number of media outlets including both the Union Leader and WMUR-TV: “We are the safest state in the country, the best for economic opportunity, and we have some of the lowest taxes anywhere. Whether you own a business or just want to keep more of your hard-earned money — come on up to the Granite State. We’d love to have you.”

This marks the second time Ayotte has utilized a billboard truck, as she also used one during her run for Governor back in 2004.
