Between Saturday, June 18 at 12:01am and Saturday, June 25 at 11:59pm, eligible listeners age 21 and up can go to wzid.com or rewind941.com to enter the “Six Days of Giveaways” to be entered to win. Form includes name, address, birthdate, phone and email. One entry per person. One entry is valid for entire contest period. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. Winner will be chosen every morning at 7am every WEEKDAY between June 21 and June 26 from all eligible entries and posted ONLINE, selected randomly through Aptivada and will win the previous days promoted prize.
