Born 2 Win Official Rules

The Hot Hits Born To Win Contest! Starting April 13 through, May 8, 2015 … Listen weekdays from approximately 9am to 4pm, up to three times a day, for the “Born To Win” winning month. If you were born in that specific month, be the 9th caller to 603-666-4941.

Hot Hits WZID HD2 will conduct this contest concurrently and simultaneously with another radio station affiliated with Hot Hits. Listeners of Hot Hits will, therefore, be competing with listeners of another radio station to win the same prize. The 9th caller born in the specific month announced on air will win $50.00. That caller will then be asked if they were born on a specific, randomly selected, day within that month. If the caller was not born on the specified day, that game play ends. If the caller was born on the specified day, the caller will win an additional $50.00. If the caller was born on the specified day, that specific contest play will continue and the caller will be asked if they were born in a specific, randomly selected, year. If the caller was not born in the specified year, that game play ends. If the caller was born in the specified year, the caller will win the $10,000.00 grand prize. To win the $10,000.00 grand prize, the callers’ birthday must match the randomly selected birthday, including day, month and year. The caller must provide the station with their legal name, at the time of the play, as written on their valid driver’s license or birth certificate. If the caller fails to provide their legal name as written on their driver’s license, no prize will be paid to that specific play’s caller. Winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Hot Hits. Each caller may only play one time.

The audio from the winning caller for each game play will be recorded for broadcast. All winners of the contest, including those who match only the specified month, both the specified month and day, or the specified month and day and year must provide a copy of either their birth certificate or valid driver license to Hot Hits so that their birth date may be verified. A copy of the winner’s birth certificate, license and the recorded audio may be provided to the Hot Hits promotion partner, Odds On Promotions.

Hot Hits contests are open to all eligible persons 18 or older, only one winner per household. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Contest participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts as they may be delayed from the on air broadcasts. Station will make reasonable effort to award the prize within 30 days after winning. No purchase necessary. Hot Hits’ sole responsibility will be to award the prize. Winner will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes. Prizes are not transferable.

Employees of Hot Hits, Manchester Radio Group, Saga Communications of New England, LLC and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Hot Hits main studio are not eligible to enter or win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. Full contest rules are available at 500 North Commercial Street Manchester, NH and online at HotHitsNH.com.
